Detile Construction & Renovation had the pleasure of completing a full basement renovation for Daniela and Vinicius. The project involved creating a functional and stylish space with a new bathroom, wet bar, bedroom, and pre-wiring for a future home theater. The renovation began by installing new walls using drywall to create a fresh canvas. The flooring was updated with a durable and visually appealing laminate. The flooring choice was important because it needed to be durable and long-lasting while still looking great.
The electrical and plumbing work came next, including new lighting fixtures, outlets, and pipes. The bathroom was renovated with a new toilet, sink, and shower complete with modern fixtures.
The wet bar was designed to be a perfect blend of function and style. We added a quartz countertop and a backsplash for easy maintenance, and installed a sink, refrigerator, and plenty of storage space. The finished product is a sleek and welcoming bar area that is perfect for entertaining.
To prepare for a future home theater, we pre-installed conduits for the speaker and projector. The conduits were installed inside the walls and ceiling to provide a seamless look, and they will make the installation of speakers and projector easy when the time comes.
The entire project was completed with close attention to detail. The finished product exceeded Daniela and Vinicius’s expectations. They were especially impressed with the quality of the work and the attention to detail that our team provided.
